Ohhh Tintin in french is another thing!
I´m looking forward to get the book with all comics in one, Tout Tintin, the damned book costs 93€...but still cheaper than buying all 24 volumes one by one.

Tintin in my language sucks, too much censorship and the coin was translated to euro when new volumes were printed in the 100th anniversary of Hergé´s birth. *facepalm*
For example, Coke en stock was translated to something like "Coal in the basement", bah

That is awesome!

Confession time: I don't even have a single Tintin book. (Yes, I am a very bad Tintin fan)... They're hard as fuck to locate in the US. I did find one issue in a knick knack store last summer... for thirty bucks! WTF! (They're normally $10 cover price.)

I'll probably buy those three in one books when I do get them. Twenty bucks for three versus two single volumes at normal price sounds good to me.

That is an amazing find!

I haven't been in a flea market for years... Last time I was in one I saw an original first edition Barbie and tons of 60s and 70s Archie comics for cheap. I was nine at the time, so you can only imagine how excited I got, especially with the vintage Archie comics.

Like your last post, you wrote about those pretty Tintin pencils, I have to say, you always make some of the most amazing finds!

How I miss my own Tintin books, I must remember to go to my parents apartment and get them back. Also, that's one nifty flea-market :)

Oh woooooow.... I used to have those volumes with the beautiful insides of all the photo frames. Now they sell them with just the soft back covers : (
What a find though, you're so lucky! I think the volumes we had disappeared.....

My parents were very good to me though last Christmas, so I got all 24 volumes at a good price! Reading them again brought back memories. Flight 714 was my favourite :D

Hehehe, I managed to get my mother to watch the Tintin movie (twice!) and she likes Snowy, so it's progress! :D

I'm a huge fan of the photo galleries as well. I don't own the volumes themselves, but you gotta admit those pictures are niiiiiice.

I like how some kid colored some of them in Lapin's new (for her) copies. Haven't we all done that at one point? XD
