When Tintin's actor smiles, he looks a lot like Tommy Kirk from the 60s Disney movies (e.g. Shaggy Dog, Old Yeller, etc.).
I'm saddened that Tintin is blond here (he's such a redhead it's ridiculous), but whatever. I wasn't around to do creative consulting, nor would I be the best one in the first place.
